Aug 14, 2026My discharge is getting thicker and I’m having cramps and other signs of PMS (I think). My second period is supposed to arrive in 6 days and I know that in the beginning of getting periods it’s not regular but for some people it is. Do you think I will get my 2nd period in 6 days or around 6 days?

Aug 7, 2026Is it normal to not be able to sleep well during puberty and how to prevent this from happening (I’m asking because it happened last night and I started to try to fall asleep at 8:30 and fell asleep sometime between 12:45-1:15) I said this is a pat message and you said to tell my mom if it keeps happening is always happens and I work myself up sometimes but I tell mom and she gets mad at me for waking her up or annoying her if I wake up my sister (we share a room) I get in trouble I’m have PANIC
