Should a 6th grader know how babies are made? Without their parents telling them

Okay so whether a 6th grader "should" know how babies are made is kinda up to their parents and what feels right for their family. It's a big topic, and different families talk about it at different times.

But also, kids are curious, and they will totally find out things on their own sometimes. Like, maybe from friends, or even books or the internet, if they're looking. It's super normal to be curious about bodies and how they work when you're growing up and going through puberty.

Honestly, it's really helpful to know about your own body and how it changes, so you can understand what's happening. And knowing how babies are made is part of understanding that whole cycle of life, even if you're like, a million years away from having your own. It's just part of being a human! It's good to learn from trusted sources though, not just random stuff you might hear.
