So yesterday I got my period poops back so Like it had loose poops and then i went on a ghost tour and I got some pretty bad tummy aches so I think my first period is coming soon

Tell a grown-up straight away if you're being sick, can't eat, have a fever, the pain is on one side (especially low on the right) or keeps getting worse, or you have tummy pain and feel sick without a period.
