My discharge has been switching from white to yellow and vice versa. Does this mean anything

Okay, so discharge changing colors between white and yellow is usually totally normal, because it can be different shades depending on where you are in your cycle and what your body is doing.

Your body makes discharge to keep your vagina clean and healthy, and the color and texture can change a lot. Sometimes it's clear and stretchy, sometimes milky white, and sometimes it can look a bit yellowish when it dries on your undies. It's really just your body doing its thing and it usually means everything is working fine. Lots of changes are normal as you are growing up and your hormones are figuring things out.

But if your discharge starts to get really chunky or smells super strong and weird, or if you're also itchy or uncomfortable down there, that's when you should definitely tell a grown-up, just to make sure it's nothing that needs checking out.
