What does it mean if their is brown stuff in your underwear but no blood in the toilet?

Okay so sometimes you might see some brownish discharge in your underwear and it's totally normal, like, it doesn't mean anything is wrong. It's usually just a little old blood that's taken its time to leave your body and it turns brown when it gets exposed to air. It's not usually a sign that your period is about to start right away, but it can be really common before or after your period, or sometimes just whenever, and it's also a common thing when puberty is going full-on and your hormones are still figuring things out.

Usually, it's nothing to worry about and just your body being itself. Keep an eye on it though, and if it smells really weird, or you also have itching or pain, then it's a good idea to tell a grown-up just to check if everything's cool. For most people though, it's just a normal thing that happens sometimes.
