What should I do if a boy sees my pad?

If a boy sees your pad, it's probably going to feel a little awkward and maybe even embarrassing, but it's really not a big deal, and it definitely doesn't mean anything is wrong with you.

If they keep bothering you or try to make you feel bad, then that's not cool at all, and you should totally tell a trusted grown-up about it, like a parent, a teacher, or a counselor. No one should ever make you feel ashamed about your period or the products you use.

If you want to keep your period stuff more private, you can try carrying your pads in a small makeup bag, a little pouch, or even just tucked inside a pocket in your backpack. That way, they're easy to grab discreetly, and you don't have to think twice about it.
