I have a bag with my pads in it. I’m wearing a short-sleeved shirt. How do I get the pad from the bag to the bathroom without anyone seeing?

Okay so this is a classic! You want to get your pad to the bathroom all ninja-style, right? No biggie, there are totally ways to do this without feeling awkward.

The Hide and Seek Method

My go-to move is to grab the pad and tuck it into the waistband of my pants or shorts. If your shirt is long enough, it'll totally cover it! Another trick is to hold it flat against your leg or hip and kind of cover it with your arm or the side of your body as you walk. Seriously, most people are so in their own world, they won't even notice.

If you have a sweater or a jacket, you can just drape that over your arm and hold the pad underneath. Or, if you're carrying a book or a folder, slip the pad between the pages. Easy peasy!

Just remember, finding a way that works for you is the main thing. Everyone is super focused on their own stuff, so you're probably the only one even thinking about it. And hey, it's totally normal to carry a period product anyway. Every single person who gets a period does it!
