How to be a secret agent with your pad

• The Sleeve Tuck: If you have even a little bit of a sleeve, you can totally tuck the pad up into your sleeve. Just smooth it flat against your arm and pull your sleeve down a bit. It’s pretty invisible, especially if you move quickly.
• The Waistband Wedge: Another good one is to wedge it into the front of your waistband, under your shirt. If your shirt is not super tight, it'll just look like a little bump, and nobody really notices that stuff.
• The Hoodie Hero: If you have a jacket or a hoodie, even if you’re not wearing it, you can drape it over your arm or carry it in a way that covers your hand holding the pad. It's like instant camouflage.
• The "Oh, I need my phone" Fake-out: Pretend you're super focused on your phone or something else you're carrying. People tend to look at what you're looking at, not always what's in your hand. Or you can clutch your phone to your chest and hold the pad behind it.

Basically, the faster and more confident you are, the less people will notice. Most of the time, everyone is so busy with their own stuff they're not even looking at what you're doing anyway. And honestly, even if someone did see, it’s not a big deal! It's just a pad, and periods are totally normal.
