Okay so cleaning your private parts when you're on your period is pretty much the same as any other time, except maybe with a little extra care. You don't need any special soaps or anything, just warm water and your hand is actually the best.

Just let the water run over your vulva and you can gently wipe around the outside folds with your hand. You don't need to clean inside your vagina, because it literally cleans itself. Super cool, right? You can use a mild, unscented soap if you want, but really, water is totally fine.

It's important not to use super strong soaps or douche products inside your vagina, because that can mess with its natural balance and cause irritation. Just keep it simple and gentle, and you'll be good.
