Okay so if your period shows up at school, it can feel a little bit like "WAIT WHAT?" but it's actually super common. Lots of people get their first period or have one start while they're at school, so don't freak out.

The main thing is to be ready. Like, having a little stash of period supplies in your backpack or locker is literally the best idea ever.
