How, in a shower, do we clean our privates

Okay so when you're in the shower, cleaning your private area (which is called your vulva, btw) is super easy. You just use warm water and your hand, no need for fancy soaps or anything. Your body actually cleans itself for the most part.

What to do

Just let the warm water flow over your vulva. You can gently wash the outside folds with your hand and some water. That's literally all you need to do. Don't use soap inside your vagina, because that can mess with your body's natural balance and cause irritation or itching.

Why it's important

It's good to keep this area clean just like the rest of your body, and it helps you feel fresh. But remember, your vagina is like a self-cleaning oven, so it doesn't need a lot of extra stuff. Being gentle and using just water is the best way to go.
