I'm almost always doing pee

Soso answered

Needing to pee a lot more than usual is definitely something to tell a grown-up about so a doctor can check what is going on.

Sometimes you just drank a ton of water, or maybe you had something with caffeine like soda, which can make you need the bathroom way more often. But if it feels like you literally always have to pee, or you run to the bathroom and only a tiny bit comes out, that is worth checking out.

Some things keep the area comfortable: wash the outside gently once a day, never inside, with no soap, shower gel, perfumed products, bubble bath or douches (a grown-up can help pick something gentle), wipe from front to back, and wear cotton underwear. These don't replace telling a grown-up.

Tell a grown-up right away if it burns or hurts when you pee, your pee looks cloudy, pink or red, you have a fever, tummy pain or pain in your back just under your ribs, or you're also really thirsty, really tired, losing weight without trying, being sick, or breathing fast or feeling very sleepy.
