How do I fold knickers

Okay so folding knickers is actually super easy and there are a bunch of ways to do it, but here's my go-to for keeping my drawer neat.

The Super Simple Fold

First, lay them flat with the front facing up. Then you fold one side in toward the middle, and then the other side over that. So now you have a long skinny rectangle. After that, just fold them in half from bottom to top, or into thirds if you want them even smaller. Boom, done.

Why it matters for period days

Keeping your undies organized actually helps a lot when you're on your period because sometimes you just want specific ones. Like, maybe you have your period undies that are comfier or darker, or just ones you don't care about as much for leaks. If everything is neat, you can just grab what you need without digging around and getting annoyed. It's the little things that help when you're already dealing with cramps, you know?
