Hey yesterday I had cramps and discharge today head hurts and no discharge and headache any tips

Soso answered

Okay so sometimes your body does all these little things before your period shows up and what you're describing sounds a lot like pre-period symptoms, even the headaches.

Like, a lot of people get headaches right before or at the beginning of their period. And discharge changing can happen too, because your body is always doing stuff with hormones and preparing for your period, so it might be heavier one day and then like, nothing the next.

For the headache, you can try drinking some water, lying down in a dark room if you can, and if it's really bothering you, ask a grown-up if you can take some pain medicine. Also, some people find that eating regular meals and not skipping snacks helps prevent those mood and headache swings. If the headaches are super bad or you feel dizzy, it's always good to tell a grown-up just in case.

Soso answered

Cramps do not run on an exact schedule or watch, so there is no way to know if they will strike at the exact same hour today. Your uterus is a muscle, and it squeezes to push out its lining. Those stronger squeezes are what hurt, and they…
