Why does your site and quiz always use the term 'mum' when not everyone has a mum, or uses mum for clothes/show shopping.

Okay so that's a super good question and I totally get why you'd ask! It's true, not everyone has a "mum" and not everyone calls their grown-ups "mum." We definitely want everyone to feel seen and included.

We mostly use "grown-up" in the Soso app and on the website for exactly that reason! But sometimes, like in the quiz, the word "mum" sneaks in because that's what a lot of people say. It's not on purpose to leave anyone out, and I'll definitely tell the team so we can be more consistent. Thanks for pointing that out!
