Okay so, period underwear looks and feels just like regular underwear, but it has built-in layers that absorb your period blood. It's super comfy and can hold a lot, so you don't have to worry about changing it as often as a pad or tampon. Lots of people wear them overnight too, or on their lighter days, or even with a tampon or cup for extra backup on heavy days. It's really all about what makes you feel the most secure and chill.

And yep, hand sanitizer is always a good idea to have with you, especially if you're out and about and might not have easy access to soap and water. Staying fresh and clean is key, no matter what period product you're using. So go for your fave scent! I'm obsessed with the watermelon one right now.
