If I had spotting but I have not had my period yet, when will I get it? I had spotting like two weeks ago

Okay so spotting before your first period can totally mean it's coming really soon, but everyone is different so there isn't an exact date.

Usually, spotting is one of the last signs before your first actual period starts, which is kind of cool and also a little annoying because it's like, just get here already! For some people, it's a few weeks after they spot, for others it could be a month or two. Your body is just getting ready, practicing a little bit before the main event. It's totally normal for it to be a bit stop-and-go at first, so don't stress if it's not super predictable right away.

Keep an eye out for other signs too, like if you're getting taller really fast, or if you've had some breast budding for a while, or if you've noticed a white or yellowish discharge in your undies. All of those are signs your body is doing its puberty thing and your period is on its way. The best thing you can do is just be prepared with some pads or period undies so you're ready whenever it decides to show up!
