I have some questions... I'm having some interesting clear discharge everyday, im not sure what that means... Can you please answer this question?

Okay so totally normal. What you're seeing is probably vaginal discharge, and it's a super normal part of growing up and getting closer to your first period.

What it is

Your body makes discharge to keep your vagina clean and healthy. It's like your body's natural cleaning service, flushing out old cells and keeping things balanced down there. It can be clear, white, or maybe even yellowish when it dries a little.

What it means for your period

For a lot of us, discharge starts happening regularly about 6-12 months before our first period. So, if you're getting it now and haven't had your period yet, it's actually a sign that your body is getting ready. It means your hormones are starting to do their thing, which is exactly what needs to happen before your period shows up.

What to do about it

You don't really need to do anything, because it's just your body doing its job! Some people wear panty liners if it feels a little wet or if they want to protect their underwear. Just make sure to change them often, like every few hours, to stay comfy. And keep wearing undies made of cotton because it lets your skin breathe. If the discharge changes color drastically, smells weird, or makes you itchy or uncomfortable, that's when you should tell a trusted grown-up so they can help you figure out what's up.
