Hi, every month since May I’ve been having heavy discharge and then the week after around this week right now I get cramps and the discharge calms down. I may the first period quiz said in the next few months. It’s been 2? But my mom got hers in 8th grade and I’m going into 6th :( maybe I’m not going along her timeline?

It's totally normal for everyone to have their own timeline. Like, seriously. Just because your mom got hers in 8th grade doesn't mean you will. Most people get their first period between ages 10 and 13, but some get it earlier or later, and it's all fine.
