At the end of your period would you count it as spotting or light bleeding because isn’t spotting in the middle of your cycle not when you’re still on your period?

Okay so that's a super good question! Light bleeding at the end of your period is totally normal and it's basically just your period winding down. Spotting can happen at different times, but it just means really light bleeding.

Like, sometimes your period starts with some light bleeding or spotting and then gets heavier, and sometimes it ends with it getting super light and then stopping. Both are normal! The main difference is usually how much blood there is. Light bleeding usually means you still need a pad or liner, but spotting might just be a few drops when you wipe, or like, a tiny bit on your underwear.

Spotting can happen around ovulation (that's when your body releases an egg) which is usually in the middle of your cycle, or sometimes when a period is about to start.
