What should I wear if I'm wearing a dress today?

Okay so if you're wearing a dress today and you're worried about your period, there are a few super easy options to keep you feeling comfy and secure.

If you have your period

If you're actually on your period, the best thing to wear under a dress is whatever product you usually use! A pad or period underwear will work perfectly. If you're wearing a tampon or a menstrual cup, you don't really need anything else, but sometimes people wear a thin pantyliner just for extra peace of mind, or period underwear as a backup. No biggie.

If you're expecting your period

If you're just expecting your period to show up sometime soon, period underwear is literally my favorite for this. It's like wearing regular underwear, but it catches any unexpected surprises. Or you could use a pantyliner in your regular undies. They're super thin so you won't even notice it's there. Both options give you a little buffer zone just in case your period decides to make a grand entrance when you're out and about.
