This is day 6 of my period (the last day) but I am scared idk why

Soso answered

It's totally normal to feel a little scared or weird about your period sometimes, especially when it's new. Our bodies do a lot of changing during puberty, and periods are a big part of that, so it's okay to have feelings about it.

Maybe you're worried about something physical, like a new feeling or if it's really the last day. Or maybe it's more about emotions, because all those hormones can make you extra feelings-y. It's also super common to just feel overwhelmed by all the new stuff that comes with your period. Knowing when your period is about to arrive can help you mentally prepare, so you don't get caught off guard. You can track your cycle in the Soso app to start seeing patterns, like when your period usually starts and ends, and how long it lasts. It can also help you see how your moods change throughout your cycle, so you might notice if you tend to get more anxious or emotional around certain times.

Talk to a trusted grown-up if you're really worried about something specific, or just wanna chat about how you're feeling. Sometimes just saying it out loud helps a lot! The Soso app has educational stuff in the Learn tab too, which can help you understand what's normal and what to expect with your cycle. It makes having your period feel less mysterious, and more like, "Oh, okay, I got this."

Soso answered

Okay so yeah, not sleeping well during puberty is totally normal. It's like your body is going through so many changes, and that can mess with your sleep schedule, which is super annoying when you just want to sleep. Why it happens During…
