How can I get my period faster

Soso answered

Okay so, you can't really make your period come faster once your body has already started the cycle. Your body is doing its own thing and it's on its own schedule.

Like, your period shows up when your body is good and ready. It's all about your hormones doing their dance, and you can't just press a fast-forward button on that. It's super normal for periods to be a little unpredictable, especially when you're just starting out. Doctors actually say it can take a year or two for them to really settle into a pattern once you've had your first one. But if it's been 3 months with no period, or your cycles keep going longer than 45 days, tell a grown-up you trust so a doctor can check.

But if you're feeling really stressed or something, sometimes that can mess with your cycle and make it a bit late. So just chilling out, drinking enough water, and being nice to your body can help everything run smoothly. Like, just keep tracking so you know what's normal for you!

The Soso app can help you log your cycles so you can start seeing if there's any kind of pattern to when your period shows up."
