Do I have to tell you when I don't get my period or just when I do get it

You only have to log when your period starts in the Soso app, not when it doesn't happen. The app figures out a lot from that one start date!

When you log the first day of your period, the app counts that as a period. If you don't log a period for a while, it just figures you're still waiting for the next one. You don't need to do anything special to tell it there wasn't a period, because that's the default, if that makes sense.
