It's also a good idea to change your underwear every day, or even twice a day if you're having a lot of discharge, just to feel fresh.
If your discharge changes color to green or grey, or it starts to smell really strong or make you itchy, then it's a good idea to tell a grown-up. That could mean something else is going on that a doctor should check out. But usually, lots of discharge is just your body doing its thing and getting ready for your period.
