Hi! Not having your period yet is super normal, friend! Your first period, or menarche, can happen anytime between 8 and 15 years old, but most girls get their period between 10 and 13 years old.

How to know if it's coming?

There are some signs your body gives before your first period. Like, your breasts start to grow a while before, you know? And you might also start to have a whitish or yellowish discharge in your underwear, which is your body's way of cleaning itself and preparing. Plus, you might notice a growth spurt, like your clothes suddenly become short!

What if it takes a while?
